We appreciate your interest in teaching with us at KYAFF!

We take instructor, student, vendor, and attendee feedback into consideration in our annual planning. We aim to give you the best possible experience, and we are committed to keeping you up to date along the way.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre Festival will be held the second Saturday in June on June 13th, 2026 in Fenelon Falls at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre again.

The focus of the show is for the sale of yarn, fibre and items related to knitting, crochet, weaving and/or spinning (yarn, fibre, beads, buttons, bags, books, patterns, equipment, pottery etc).

class Fees

Instructors are invited to set their per-student rates and the minimum number of students per class in order to ensure that they are compensated at a rate with which they are comfortable. KYAFF will notify you when your minimum has been met and reserves the right to cancel classes that are not meeting the instructor's set minimums with 30 days’ notice prior to the festival.

Materials Fees

Materials fees must be outlined in your application and will be communicated to your students. KYAFF does not collect materials fees. These will be handled by the instructor at the start of class.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre charges HST where appropriate to do so. All receipts will reflect this accordingly. When providing pricing to us all fees noted must be inclusive of HST if you charge HST.
