KYAFF Vendor Waitlist

We appreciate your interest in vending with KYAFF in 2024!

Priority applications for returning vendors are open until December 1, 2023, after which we will review our waitlist .

We do occasionally have spaces come available on short notice.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre Festival will be held annually on the second Saturday in June. For 2024 this will be on June 8th in Fenelon Falls at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre. 

We focus on improvement to the vendor and customer experience each year. In 2022 we introduced timed entry to allow vendors a more even workflow through the day and we will continue this program in 2024 as well as opening more entrances and exits on the festival floor to better accommodate the traffic flow and accessibility needs of our attendees.  We will also continue to expand our social media program to leverage Instagram in addition to Facebook, print advertising and physical signage.

Marketing participation & Door prize Submissions

All vendors will be asked to actively participate in event marketing, social media, and free ticket draws to ensure strong attendance. Vendors will be asked to donate a door prize. We ask each vendor to donate what they are comfortable with, and make no assumptions about the value of the door prize donation. Vendors may choose to donate a physical item, class, gift certificate, etc.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre charges HST where appropriate to do so. All receipts will reflect this accordingly.

Options and pricing:

Booth spaces

  • Each booth space is 10’ x 10’ and is priced at $200 + HST

  • Vendors may order up to 4 booth spaces

  • Tables may be rented from KYAFF or the vendor may bring their own

  • Tables, skirts and coverings are supplied by the vendor and all tables must be covered

  • KYAFF does not use pipe and drape in its setup

Booth upgrade options

You may request any of the following upgrades to your booth space for a small fee. Upgrades are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and specialty spaces are limited.

  • Corner Booth - $25 + HST
    A single corner booth provides for the flow of traffic and shopping from two sides.

  • Endcap - $50 + HST

    Endcaps have two adjoining corners providing access and flow of traffic on 3 sides of the booth. You must select 2 booths to be eligible for this option.

  • Outside Corner - $50 + HST -

    The C Shaped Booth on the outside corner of the festival, gives more space than a double booth and provides great visibility. You must select 2 booths to be eligible for this option. -

Mini market spaces

  • Mini market spaces are intended for small local vendors and new vendors who require minimal space for their setup

  • Each mini market is comprised of an 8’ table and up to 2 chairs in a shared market area and is priced at $85 + HST

  • Vendors may only order 1 mini market space

  • Vendors may participate in the mini market for up to 2 years before moving up to a booth. Mini market vendors moving up to a booth may make arrangements to share a booth and notify KYAFF accordingly

  • Table coverings and skirts are supplied by the vendor
