2026 KYAFF Returning Vendor Application

We appreciate your interest in vending with KYAFF in 2026! annually vendor apps go first to repeat vendors, then the previous year’s wait list, prior to inviting new vendors to join the festival.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre Festival is held annually on the second Saturday in June. For 2026 this will be on June 13th in Fenelon Falls at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre. We're pleased to offer you the opportunity to be a vendor at KYAFF2026. The focus of the show is the sale of yarn, fibre and items related to knitting, crochet, weaving, rug hooking, punch needle, felting and/or spinning and adjacent items. Examples include yarn, fibre, beads, buttons, bags, books, patterns, equipment, pottery, etc.

Marketing participation & Door prize Submissions

All vendors will be asked to actively participate in event marketing, social media, and free ticket draws to ensure strong attendance. Vendors will be asked to donate a door prize. We ask each vendor to donate what they are comfortable with, and make no assumptions about the value of the door prize donation. Vendors may choose to donate a physical item, class, gift certificate, etc.

Kawartha Yarn & Fibre charges HST where appropriate to do so. All receipts will reflect this accordingly.

Contracts and invoices will be delivered on a rolling basis. If you applied via this form, please assume you have been accepted and schedule accordingly. For this same reason, we ask that you not share this application link with anyone.


Options and pricing:

Booth spaces

  • Each booth space is 10’ x 10’ and is priced at $225+ HST

  • Vendors may order up to 4 booth spaces

  • Tables, skirts and coverings are supplied by the vendor

  • Tables may be rented from KYAFF

  • KYAFF does not use pipe and drape in its setup

Booth upgrade options

You may request any of the following upgrades to your booth space for a small fee. Upgrades are offered on a first-come first-served basis and specialty spaces are limited.

  • Corner Booth - $25 + HST
    Single corner booth providing for flow of traffic and shopping from two sides.

  • Endcap - $50 + HST

    Endcaps have two adjoining corners providing access and flow of traffic on 3 sides of the booth. You must select 2 booths to be eligible for this option.

  • Outside Corner - $50 + HST

    The C-shaped booth is on the outside corner of the festival. It gives a little more space than a double booth. You must select 2 booths to be eligible for this option.

Mini market spaces

  • Mini market spaces are intended for small local vendors and new vendors who require minimal space for their setup. Displays must fit on and under the table. Vendors are not permitted to use a backdrop in the common area behind their table, nor may they place racks or displays on the floor in front of their table.

  • Each mini market is comprised of one 6’ table and up to 2 chairs in a shared market area and is priced at $95 + HST

  • Vendors may only order 1 mini market space.

  • Vendors may participate in the mini market for up to 2 years before moving up to a booth.

  • Table coverings and skirts are supplied by the vendor.
